Cela se fait de manière électronique par l’encodage sur l’application de l’aide-ménagère ou vous le remettez sous forme papier à l'aide-ménagère.
Vous prenez ensuite un rendez-vous par téléphone avec Net To Home pour vous proposer une femme de ménage.
Les travaux effectués dans le cadre des titres-services vous coûtent 9,00 € de l'heure. Après déduction des impôts ou allégement fiscal, le montant sera de 7,65 € pour la région bruxelloise, de 8,10 € pour la région wallonne et 6,30 € pour la région flamande. Rassurez-vous: il n'y aura pas de factures, ni de frais de dossier supplémentaires.

In the system with service vouchers, you as a private individual can pay a recognized company with service vouchers for housekeeping work that is carried out at home.
You register with Sodexo's service voucher system, after which you will receive a user number with the confirmation. You can use number to order service vouchers. After receiving your payment, Sodexo will send the service vouchers to you.
Afterwards you make an appointment with Net To Home. As soon as our employee has finished her/his work, you give him or her one service voucher per hour worked. This is done digitally or you hand it over manually to the housekeeping help.
You then make an appointment by phone with Net To Home to propose you a cleaning lady.
Working with the service voucher costs €10.00 per hour in the Brussels Region since 01/01/2023 and €9.00 per hour in the Flemish Region. In the Brussels Region, the tax deduction remains at 15% for the first 163 purchased service vouchers per person and per tax year. Therefore, the tax reduction amounts to €1.50 per service voucher. In the Flemish Region, you currently have the right to a tax reduction of €1.8 for each of the first 191 purchased service vouchers per person.
